The application is filed for condonation of delay of 1947 days caused in filing appeal against judgment and Award of LAR No.917 of 2005. In view of the contents of the application and the submissions made, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. However, there will be question of making payment of interest for this period and so learned counsel for the Applicants makes a statement that the applicants, original claimant will not be claiming interest on the compensation amount, if granted in the
