Mr.Jadhav, learned counsel submits that the proposal is given on 20/12/2013 to the respondents 2 and 3 to issue registration certificate to the petitioner to run Ratanbai Nivasi Matimand Vidhayalay, Udgir,Tq.Udgir, Dist.Latur. According to the learned counsel proposal is being given from 1999, however, the same is not considered. Lastly, the proposal is given on 20/12/2013.

2] We have heard Mr.Bondar, learned counsel for respondent no.2 and learned AGP for respondent 1 and 3.

3] In case the proposal filed by petitioner in the year 2013 to run Ratanbai Nivasi Matimand Vidhayalay, Udgir,Tq.Udgir, Dist.Latur is pending consideration with respondent no.3, respondent no.3 shall decide the said proposal on its own merits as per the policy expeditiously by end of April, 2015. 4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
