The learned counsel for petitioners submits that the challenge in the writ petition is to the order passed by learned Registrar General under the Maharashtra Money Lending Act dismissing the revision as not maintainable. He submits that in the order dated 12th September, 2024 passed by this Court in Review Application (Civil) No.196 of 2024 in Writ Petition No.14387 of 2019, holding that now the revision is maintainable under Section 9 of the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act before the said authority.

In view of this position, the revision No.56 of 2022 stands restored to its original position. Petition stands disposed off. [ KISHORE C. SANT, J. ] nga
