Heard. This application is filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Insurance Company in the office of this Court.

Though this application is opposed by the learned Advocate for the Insurance Company, this Court finds that following order will meet the ends of justice :

ORDER

(i) The Civil Application is partly allowed.

(ii) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 60% of the amount alongwith accrued interest, deposited in this Court on furnishing usual undertaking.

(iii) Remaining 40 amount alongwith accrued interest deposited in this Court, be kept in fixed deposit, in any nationalized bank, to be renewed from time to time till disposal of the appeal.

(iv) With this the Civil Application stands disposed off.
