It appears that there is a remedy of appeal against the order dated 16.08.2022 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Newasa in Criminal Revision Petition No.01 of 2022. Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioners to avail appropriate remedy available under the law.

The forum where the matter would be filed, shall consider the time spent in prosecuting the present petition under Section 14 of the Limitation Act.
