We have heard Mr. Kale, the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner impugns the Government Resolution dated 03.11.2007.

The said Government Resolution has been upheld by this Court and the judgment of this Court has been upheld by the Apex Court.

In view of that, the challenge to the Government Resolution dated 03.11.2007 does not survive. The writ petition accordingly is disposed of. No costs. Rule discharged.

The protection granted earlier shall continue for a period of three (03) months from today only. On lapse of three months the protection granted shall come to an end.
