Petitioner is praying for issuance of directions to respondents to appoint third examiner for re-assessment of marks of subject Engineering Drawing of 1st Semester of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. During reassessment of the marks, there was no change reported in the marks obtained by petitioner. In the matters concerning academic evaluation of the performance of the students, the scope of interference by High Courts in exercise of extra ordinary jurisdiction is quite limited since the Courts are not possessed of the expertise required for looking into the grievances and it requires special knowledge. In this view of the matter, the request made by petitioner in the instant petition does not deserve consideration. Petition is devoid of substance hence stands rejected.
