In terms of the order dated 01.11.2021, the Vacation Court, when the missing girl was produced, directed that the custody of the missing minor girl namely, Ku. Pooja Ramdas Badak, aged about 17 years, be given to the petitioner after her medical examination.

Learned APP submits that the medical examination of Pooja has been carried out on 01.11.2021. The Vacation Court has SG Punde, PA

73CrWP1079.2021 -2observed that the petitioner and his wife assured before the Court that they will take all possible care of their daughter Ku. Pooja and will not ill-treat her.

Today, the missing minor girl Ku. Pooja is present before the Court and she has no complaint against her parents. 5.

In view of above and since Crime No. 31 of 2021 is already registered with Sillod Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 376, 376 (j)(k)(i) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 read with Section 4, 6 and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act against one Bapusaheb Kale and the investigation in the aforesaid crime is in progress, the purpose of filing this petition is served. No further directions are required to be issued. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. The Rule of habeas corpus stands discharged.
