The learned counsel submits that the proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner from unaided to aided division is pending with respondent no.2 (Page No.19).

In case, proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner from unaided to aided division is pending with respondent no.2 (Page No.19), then respondent no.2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
