We have heard Mr. Suryawanshi, the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned A. G. P. for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and Mr. Kulkarni, the learned counsel for the Respondent No. 5. The writ petition seeks directions against the respondent for quashing the letter dated 14.08.2012 directing re-enquiry. This Court on 11th January, 2013 had directed stay to the said letter. 2.

It is contended by the learned A. G. P. that prior to the stay order being passed the enquiry had already commenced and concluded. Enquiry Report is also submitted.

In light of the above, the relief claimed by the petitioner does not survive.

In case, the petitioner is aggrieved by the enquiry conducted and if, any action being taken the petitioner is at liberty to assail the same in appropriate proceedings. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
