Order :-

1. Mr. Syed learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to registered sale-deed dated 16-04-1979 and subsequent decree of the Court, the petitioner has become owner of the property, however, in spite of application entry in CTS record has not been taken by the authority concerned.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader states that to redress such type of grievances a Committee is constituted by the Commissioner of the concerned division under circular dated 13th February, 2015.

In light of the above, we pass the following order: The petitioner may approach the Committee constituted vide circular dated 13th February, 2015 with regard to entering name of the

WP-5100.15 petitioner in CTS record. If such application is received by the Committee, the Committee concerned shall deal with the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of such application, on its own merits and in accordance with law.

With aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
