The appellant herein had filed petition for annulment of marriage before the Family Court, Aurangabad, on the ground of misrepresentation and fraud on the part of the Respondent. The said petition is rejected. Aggrieved thereby, the present Appeal. 3.

Mr.Kasliwal, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr.Pawar, learned counsel for the Respondent submit that the parties have settled the matter. The compromise terms are placed on record. The Appellant and Respondent are present in the Court. They are identified by their respective advocates. They admit the terms of compromise.

The Respondent has admitted the allegations made by the Appellant in the petition before the Family Court. The Appellant had alleged in the petition that the Respondent had cheated the Appellant. He had not disclosed all the facts before marriage. The said facts are enumerated in the petition. The Respondent admits the same.

In light of the above, the impugned Judgment and decree is quashed and set aside. The marriage between the Appellant and Respondent stands annulled.

Decree be drawn accordingly. No costs.
