PER COURT :- 1) Heard. While issuing notice on 1st September, 2015, limited to the prayer of the petitioner for subsistence allowance, the learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 2 and 3, on instructions, submits that till the end of January 2016, already subsistence allowance is paid to the petitioner. He further submits that the subsistence allowance will be paid to the petitioner regularly as long as the petitioner is under suspension. In that view of the matter, the petition stands disposed of.
