We have briefly heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides and the learned AGP.

The petitioner no.1 claims to be the ExPresident, Founder Member of the Education Society, who is purportedly not permitted to enter the meeting hall or the meetings or conferences of the members of the trust. He seeks to challenge the approval granted to one of the teachers and seeks a direction that the approvals sought for some other teachers, should not be granted.

In so far as the issue of locus standi is concerned, we do not find that the petitioners could take up the cause in public interest in service matters. 4.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed a representation with the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, which is not on record.

In view of the above, we are afraid, we cannot entertain this petition. The same is, therefore, disposed off. 6.

Nevertheless, disposal of this petition would not render the petitioner remediless in the event they are permitted to espouse their cause by availing of a remedy as is permissible in law.
