The learned Advocate representing applicant submits that only after the notices were issued by this Court, he became aware that respondent No.5 has expired and that the application to bring on record legal heirs is immediately filed thereafter. 2.

In view of the same, the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.5 are permitted to be brought on record. Application is allowed and disposed of.

Necessary amendment in the petition be carried out within a period of two weeks.

Issue notices to the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.5 in the main petition, returnable on 02/11/2023.
