This petition does not deserve admission. It is affected by delay and latches on the part of the petitioner. The petitioner was called for interview for the post of Lecturer in 2006. The petitioner was selected but was not given appointment letter. Some other wait-listed candidate was given appointment. The petitioner slept over the incident which occurred in 2006 till 2013. At this stage the petitioner started collecting information and he learnt for the first time in 2013 that he was selected and was sidelined. Why the petitioner waited till 2013 is not explained in the

( 2 ) wp8445.14 petition. The petitioner is educated and qualified person. This kind of conduct is not expected of him. The petitioner does not deserve sympathy of this Court. The writ petition stands dismissed.
