By way of filing this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks directions to respondents to consider the candidature of the petitioner for the post of X-Ray Technician".

Upon perusal of the affidavit in reply filed by the respondents, and in particular 3 thereof, it appears that, the petitioner admittedly does not possess the graduate qualification in Science faculty required and prescribed in the advertisement and not satisfying the age limit criteria prescribed in the advertisement. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. The Petition is rejected.
