Having heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner, we find that there are reckless allegations in the pleadings of the Petition, without any substantiation.

At this juncture, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that, the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Writ Petition and he would proceed against the Sarpanch under Section 39 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1959.
