The petitioner is merely expecting respondent no. 2, which is a board of Nursing and Paramedical Education to correct the list of students, whose admission to the petitioner's -institution for General Nursing & Midwifery for the academic year 2023-2024 to be corrected.

It is being pointed out that the list of respondent no.2 published on 30.11.2023 contains name of the same students at Sr. No. 45 and 46, when it ought to have been that of Padvi Nisha Homa at one of the two places. 4.

Issue notice.

The learned A.G.P. waives service for respondent no.1 and the learned advocate Mr. Shaikh h/f Mr. Narwadkar waives service for respondent no. 2. 1/2

Since the list (Exh.'C') contains name of the same individual at two places at Sr. No. 45 and 46, it is apparently an obvious mistake. The petitioner-institution claims that one Padvi Nisha Homa was admitted. A provisional registration cum admission form (Exh.'D') is also annexed. 7.

Without intending to decide the petition on merits, it would be appropriate that respondent no. 2 consider the petitioner's request by communication dated 10.07.2024 (Exh. 'G') on its own merits. 8.

The writ petition is disposed of directing respondent no. 2 to consider the petitioner's request (Exh.'G') on its own merits and take appropriate decision/steps in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within three weeks, under intimation to the petitioner.
