This application is filed by the State under Section 439(2) of Cr.P.C. seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the respondent by Additional Sessions Judge, Jalgaon, in Crime No.230/2020, registered with Mehunbare Police Station, Jalgaon, for offence punishable under Sections 328, 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State and learned advocate for respondent.

Learned advocate for respondent submits that chargesheet is filed in the present matter and the case is numbered as R.C.C. No.205/2021 and the matter is kept for appearance. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the application. Application is, therefore, rejected.
