Affidavit is filed by respondent No. 1 stating compliance of the order of which contempt is alleged by the petitioner. It is stated that even before the directions were issued by this Court in writ petition, the proposal of the petitioner was rejected.

In that view of the matter, nothing remains in the contempt petition and the same is, therefore, disposed of. 3.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner states that no order of rejection is placed on record. Be that as it may, petitioner can avail the order so passed by the respondent, by applying for the same.
