Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondent.

It is submitted that, initially this Court in Writ Petition No.8660/2021 under order dated 01.09.2021 had set aside the order rejecting the technical bid of the petitioner. The respondents were directed to consider the reply filed by the petitioner and earlier order was to be considered as show cause notice. However, under impugned order the reply is not considered by the Authorities and has passed order mechanically. 3.

Mr. Patil, learned counsel for respondent no.1 on instructions submits that, respondent no.1 will reconsider the reply filed by the petitioner

(2) 1038-wp-10575-2021 as per the orders of this Court dated 01.09.2021 in Writ Petition No.8683/2021 and Writ Petition No.8923/2021 and take decision afresh on its own merits.

The respondent no.1 may reconsider the cause put forth by the petitioner in tune with the orders dated 01.09.2021 in Writ Petition No.8683/2021 and Writ Petition No.8923/2021.

In view of the said statement made, the impugned order would not be an impediment for reconsideration.
