The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the respondents/original claimants have proceeded to execute the impugned order. The learned counsel submits that the tribunal has applied inappropriate multiplier, considering the age. 2.

In view of the above, the execution and operation of the impugned award is stayed subject to condition that applicant shall deposit the entire amount under the award in this court within a period of eight weeks.
