The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that substantial part of the amount due and payable to the petitioner has been disbursed. As per the instructions received by him from the petitioner, only an amount of Rs.41,000/- remained to be received from the Municipal Council. The Municipal Council is ready to disburse the said amount.
