We have heard the learned Advocates for the appearing parties for some time. This petition seems to be founded on an apprehension that the existing road known as Nimlak to Bolhegaon beneath a flyover at Nimlak chowk, is likely to be permanently closed down.

Considering that the petitioner does not have any definite information and a representation addressed to
