The grievance of the petitioners is that they have not been permitted by the Management to sign the muster roll though they are working there as teachers from 1997. The petitioners have made representations to the Education Officer for giving suitable directions to the Management. However, the said representations are not decided.

The petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing respondent No. 3 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded to decide the representations of the petitioners expeditiously and in
