The Applicant/ original Petitioner prays for condonation of 14 days delay in filing this application and further prays that the order of the learned Registrar dated 03.09.2012 refusing registration of the Writ Petition for non removal of office objections, may be set aside. It is assured that all the office objections would be removed within three weeks.

Considering the above, this Civil Application is allowed. Delay of 14 days is condoned. The Applicant/ original Petitioner shall remove all office objections to the satisfaction of the Registry within THREE WEEKS from today and thereafter, the Writ Petition would be registered.
