1) The applications are filed for condonation of delay of 101, 77 and 108 days caused in filing appeals. The original claimants want to file appeal against the judgment and award of the Reference Court. Respondents are served. Learned AGP is present. Nobody is present for the acquiring body.

2) In view of the contentions made in the applications and the submissions made this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. So the applications are allowed. Delay is condoned.
