The petitioner's grievance is that though he had submitted a representation on 15.6.2017, Exh. G, to respondent No. 2/Institution for sending the petitioner's proposal for approval to respondent No. 3/Education Officer, but the same has not been forwarded to respondent No. 3 by respondent No. 2.

It is also the grievance of the petitioner that the petitioner had submitted objection to the approval of one Smt. Savita Gunjal, but on that objection no decision has been taken by the Education Officer.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for parties, we are inclined to dispose of the

WP No. 10003/17 petition by directing respondent No. 2 to immediately forward the petitioner's proposal to respondent No. 3 and by further directing respondent No. 3 to consider the said proposal for approval of the petitioner on the post of Assistant Teacher and to decide the same in accordance with law.

The respondent No. 3 shall also consider and decide the petitioner's objection against approval of Smt. Savita Gunjal, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, to respondent No. 2 and said Smt. Savita Gunjal, if the decision in respect of Smt. Savita Gunjal has not already been taken. 5.

Let this entire exercise be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.

The petitioner is at liberty to file fresh detail representation before respondent No. 3.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition is disposed of.
