We have heard Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioner. According to the learned counsel, because of the subsequent development, the petitioner is constrained to approach this Court against the decision of the grivance committee. 2.

The decision of the grievance committee can be assailed before the College and University Tribunal under Section 81 of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016. The petitioner may approach the appellate authority for interim orders. 3.
