The learned counsel for the petitioners (in Contempt Petition Nos.93 and 94 of 2013) submits a chart indicating the amount due to each of the petitioners. He has also worked out the figure of the amount to be paid to each of the petitioners out of the amount of Rs.43,00,909/-, which is with the Tahsildar, received post auction of the agricultural land.

979 cp.13 ors.odt The learned counsel for petitioner (in Contempt Petition No.109 of 2013) has no objection.

The Tahsildar shall disburse the amount of Rs.43,00,909/- amongst all the petitioners as per the chart (marked 'X' for identification) on or before 1st November, 2023 and report the compliance.

Pursuant to the auction sale, the Tahsildar shall handed over possession of the land sold in auction, to the auction purchaser and execute necessary conveyance at the expenses of the auction purchaser, within a period of two months. Auction sale stands confirmed.

In Civil Application No.2725 of 2021 for adding party, Civil Application No.2727 of 2021 for adding party and Civil Application No.13885 of 2021 for amendment, for the reasons given in the applications, the same are allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out immediately.
