The grievance of the petitioners is that the salary from May - 2016 has not been paid to them.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader has placed on record the communication stating that the recognition has been approved to the respondent - institution for the academic year 2016 - 2017 and 2017 - 2018.

In the light of that, respondent nos. 5 and 6 shall submit the salary bills in respect of the petitioners, as admissible, within a period of six (6) weeks from today. On receipt of the salary bills, respondent no. 4 shall process the same and take decision upon it within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of the receipt of the salary bills.
