When the matter was on board on 07.09.2021, statement was made that the learned Advocate for the appellants had received instructions that appellant No.2 had expired last year. It is to be noted that the name of appellant No.1 came to be deleted by order dated 14.06.2012 and when the statement was made that even appellant No.2 had expired last year, time was granted till today to take step, if any, to bring the legal representatives of appellant No.2 on record, however, no such steps have been taken. Under such circumstance, the appeal stands disposed of as abated on the statement of learned Advocate for the appellants.
