Present petition has been filed to direct the respondents, particularly respondent No. 2 to complete the acquisition proceedings of land Gut No. 289 and 390 situated at village Virvade, Tq. Chopda, Dist. Jalgaon by passing the award.

Learned AGP, upon instructions, informs that the acquisition proceedings would be completed. Respondent No. 2 would pass the award within a period of ten weeks from today. The said statement is taking as undertaking.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No. 2 to pass the award as stated by him within a period of ten weeks from today.
