In view of the submissions made by the respondents, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this court to withdraw

2 wp 5638.2019 the present petition to pursue his remedy before the State. In the event the petitioner challenges the impugned order before the State, the time spent in prosecuting the present Writ Petition to be excluded while computing the period of limitation in filing the proceedings before the State authority.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations.
