Dated: March 22, 2016 ...
PER COURT :- 1) Heard. It would be open for the contempt petitioner to challenge the decision rendered by the respondents by adopting appropriate remedy. Since the respondents have decided the application in accordance with the directives issued by this Court and granted the benefits in favour of two of the petitioners and rejected the benefits to one of the employees, prima facie, we do not feel that the decision of rejection of the claim is intentional act on the part of the respondents.
2) Keeping the option of the petitioners to avail of the appropriate remedy available in law in respect of the order passed by the respondents/authorities relating to entitlement of the petitioners/applicants to claim the monetary benefits open, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
3) Notice issued earlier stands discharged.
