These are the applications for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicants have been arrested in connection with Crime No.0227/2021, registered at Belwandi Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code, under

(( 2 )) 929,931-BA-1401,1411-2022 Sections 3/25 and 4/25 of the Arms Act and under Sections 3(1)(ii), 3(2) and 3(4) of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA).

Heard. Perused the First Information Report (FIR) and related papers.

It is now informed that the application of MCOCA has been withdrawn. On investigation, the charge-sheet has been filed. The applicants have been in jail for little over six months. It will take time for commencement and conclusion of trial. In the factual backdrop, the applications are allowed. Hence, following order:

O R D E R

(i) The Bail Applications are allowed.

(ii)The applicants be released on bail in connection with Crime No.0227/2021, registered at Belwandi Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code, under Sections 3/25 and 4/25 of the Arms Act and under Sections 3(1)(ii), 3(2) and 3(4) of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA), on their executing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with surety bond each of the like amount.

(( 3 )) 929,931-BA-1401,1411-2022 (iii)The applicants shall mark their presence with the concerned Police Station once a week i.e. on every Sunday by 12.00 noon, for next twelve months. (iv)The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
