ORDER :

The proceeding is filed to challenge the notice issued to petitioners under the provisions of section 32(g) of the Maharashtra Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948. It is only notice and the procedure as laid down in the tenancy law will be followed by Tahsildar and so, this Court cannot entertain the matter in which such notice is challenged.

The learned counsel for petitioners on instruction submits that he want to withdraw the petition. So, disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to take all the defences available under the tenancy law before Tahsildar.
