The learned counsel for the applicant submits that trial is not progressing due to non-production of the accused from jail. An application was also filed on behalf of the applicant to produce him and proceed with the matter. An alternate and best remedy for production of the accused is video conference. Since the applicant showed interest to proceed with the matter, he does not oppose his presence through video conference for progress of the trial. This is a subsequent bail application without change in circumstances except the above facts.

In view of the above, the application stands rejected. However, the learned trial Court is directed to secure the presence of the accused on video conference for framing the charges and for further proceeding of the trial. The prosecution should take care of speedy trial.
