The girl has been produced before this Court. We had made inquiry with her. She is major. She admits that she has performed marriage with her own wish, with the petitioner and wants to stay with the petitioner husband and therefore, now we set her at liberty and she would be free to go as per her wish. Thus, we dispose of the Writ Petition.
