It appears that there are still huge amounts due to the

(2) 919.odt petitioners. Learned Advocate Mr. Thombre for respondent No.19 submits that Civil Application No. 7302 of 2024 has been filed by him with a prayer for recalling of the order dated 07.09.2009 passed by this Court in the Writ Petition, but then he submits that he would move the concerned Bench since the prayer is in respect of modification of the order passed in decided Writ Petition.

We are basically concerned with the Contempt Petition and see that the order passed by this Court is obeyed. The Contempt Petition is pending since 2013 and still around Rs. 1,28,00,000/- (One Crore Twenty Eight Lakh Only) are the dues. We are not happy with the speed with which the administrator i.e. respondent No.19 is going. 4.

Only as a last chance, the mater is adjourned to 29.11.2024. If any progress is not shown then this Court will proceed with the further stages in respect of Contempt Petition.
