It is the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that respondent No.4 has submitted a proposal to the respondent No.2 seeking approval to the service of the petitioner. However, though the said proposal is submitted on 25.11.2013, no decision is taken by the respondent No.2. 2] We direct the respondent No.2 to take decision on the said proposal as expeditiously as possible, however, within 8 weeks from today, in accordance with relevant rules and communicate the said decision to the petitioner and also respondent Nos. 3 and 4.
