Learned counsel for the applicants submits that daughter of applicant no.2 was suffering from cancer and therefore costs amount as directed by this Court to be deposited on or before 10.6.2016 could not be deposited. However, delay is inordinate one. In view of the same, civil application is allowed subject to additional costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand). The applicant to deposit the entire amount i.e. original costs of Rs.20,000/- plus additional cost of Rs.10,000/- before this Court within a period of four weeks from the date of this order. Civil application accordingly disposed off.
