The learned advocate for the Respondent-Company has pointed out the regulation 10.3, more specifically 10.3.1 of the Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Electricity Supply Code and Standards of Performance of Distribution Licensees including Power Quality) Regulations 2021 by which the Petitioner has an efficacious and expeditious remedy available. 2.

In view of the above, the learned advocate for the Petitioner submits that this petition be disposed off as the Petitioner would approach the authorities under Regulation 10.3.1.

The learned advocate for the Petitioner submits that if the Petitioner deposits the amount as is required by Regulation 10.3.1, the Respondents would consider the request for restoration of electricity supply and an expeditious decision in the proceedings would be taken. The learned advocate for the Respondents is agreeable in the light of the 10.3.1. 4.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty.
