1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that appeal filed by respondent is dismissed by this Court. This Court has permitted the other applicants to withdraw the amount. Applicant no.4 is minor. Applicant no.1 needs the amount for education expenses. Applicant no.1 is the mother of applicant no.4, hence, she be permitted to withdraw the amount on behalf of applicant no.4.

2] Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicants and the reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-A.
