The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that sufficient reasons are shown in the application and the same be allowed. 5.

The Application is opposed by the learned Advocate for the Respondent on the ground that no sufficient reasons are mentioned in the Application and delay may not be condoned. 4.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, the aforesaid delay is condoned and Application is allowed, subject to cost of Rs.500/- (Rs.
