This is an application for setting aside the order dated 11.07.2016, passed by the Registrar (Judicial) refusing registration of the Writ Petitions for want of removal of office objections.

In view of the oral submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the reasons stated in the application that there was a common order of dismissal in some petitions, the order could not immediately come to the notice of the counsel for the petitioner that the delay has been caused. The explanation is accepted.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) refusing registration of this Writ Petition is set aside. The delay is condoned. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'B-1'.
