Civil Application No. 1041/2020 filed for bringing the legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 7 was allowed on 31.1.2020. However, necessary amendment was not carried out on account of covid waive situation. In view of the same, present Civil Application No. 11848/2023 is filed for permitting the applicant to amend the writ petition by condoning the delay of 1444 days.
