IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO.10161 OF 2017 :

The applicants MSEDCL- are seeking condonation of delay of 21 days in challenging the award dated 08/05/2017 passed in WCFA No. 12 of 2016.

Considering the short period of delay, the same stands condoned.

The appeal be placed for admission after removal of offce objections, if any. The civil application is accordingly disposed of. IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO.7830 OF 2022 :

The applicants, who are the legal heirs of deceased, are seeking of withdrawal of amount deposited by present respondent

2 21 ca 7830-22+ Nos.1 & 2, who in fact have fled the main appeal. However, under order dated 03/08/2017 this court did not allow to withdraw the amount by observing that prima facie there was no employeremployee relationship between the appellants and deceased. In view of the same, instead of deciding the present application, it can be heard alongwith the main appeal, for which the delay has already been condoned.
