On 07.10.2016, this Court had passed the following order:- "1.

Notice to respondent, though ordered, could not be issued since the copy of the Civil Application paper book was not supplied.

In the event, the copy of the paper book is not supplied on/or before 15.10.2016, this application shall stand dismissed.

3.

In the event, the copy is supplied, issue notice to the sole respondent, returnable on 25.11.2016."

Despite the above, the Applicant has not supplied the copy of the Civil Application paper book and hence, notice has not been issued. It

In the light of the above, this Civil Application stands rejected for non compliance of the directions of this Court. It is made clear that if the Applicant seeks restoration of this Civil Application or files a separate application for the same purpose, the said application shall not be registered until an amount of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) is deposited in this Court. kps (RAVINDRA V.
